  • What can an Online Business Manager do for my company?
This is a question we get asked a lot. Given our +20 years in Corporate South Africa and working within many local and multinationals in a contract capacity, we've been exposed to numerous systems, management styles, staff and industries. OBMs can handle a variety of duties, including project management, customer service, marketing, and social media management. To help you decide which tasks we can assist with, we've created a checkbox Tasks List on Google Docs. Click on link to access the form A brief will be collated during our initial consult. Also make a list of tasks that you need to be completed, prior to our consult. Then identify the criteria that make them ideal for delegation. You might also have routine tasks which you positively hate doing or tasks that take up too much of your time. Why not send them to us?
  • Who hires an Online Business Manager
